“Live-On-Line” ACCA Courses

Following a successful introduction in the Spring 2011 semester, we are pleased to invite you to a presentation of the “Live-On-Line” ACCA courses of IntercollegeIBS. We offer a unique Hybrid mode of study for your ACCA exams - a blend of “Live-On-Line” Tuition along with a hands-on classroom based Revision course at our established IntercollegeIBS Bucharest premises.

For the December 2011 exams we offer “Live-On-Line” courses for papers F4 (INT), F5, F6 (ROM), F7, F8, F9 and P1, P2, P4.

The presentation will take place on:

Wednesday, 3^rd August at IntercollegeIBS premises between 18:30 – 20:00

1. WHAT IS “LIVE-ON-LINE”?

Through “Live-On-Line” tuition you will be able to study from the professional environment of your office, the conference room at work, or even from the comfort of your home. No specialized equipment is required, all you need is a computer and an internet connection.

For the tuition phase, our lecturers will provide a real-time live lecture over the internet. Students will be able to login at the specified dates and times as per the attached course programme to attend the lectures. You will be able to listen to the lecturer and see the whiteboard as if you were in the classroom. As these will be live sessions, students will be able to interact with the lecturer, asking questions during the lecture and answering questions set by the lecturer through a chat-box.

If you are unable to attend the live lectures, recordings of these will be available for 48 hours after the lecture to ensure that you do not miss out.

Students enrolling for these courses will receive an instruction pack, detailing everything that is required to login and attend our “Live-On-Line” sessions.

2. COURSE STRUCTURE

Tuition phase:

The primary aim will be to cover the syllabus and explain the exam technique required to excel in the ACCA exams
Lectures will take place online on weekdays from 18:00– 21:00

Revision phase:

· Lectures will take place at IntercollegeIBS premises over an intensive 3-4 day block

4. FEES

Fundamental Papers - €850
Professional Papers - €1,000

INTRODUCTORY DISCOUNTS and SCHOLARSHIPS are available to all our Romanian Students enrolling to our innovative “Live-On-Line” courses.
Please enquire for further details.

Repeat students that are enrolling for an ACCA paper for a second or more times with IntercollegeIBS will be allowed a discount of 50%.

5. TERMS OF PAYMENT

100% of the fees are payable on enrolment.

Students whose fees are partly covered by their employers and get a discount on their share of fees, must settle their share of fees on enrolment.

Please note that payment must be received before we provide any tuition materials or access to the online lectures.

6. STUDY MATERIAL

Included within the fees mentioned above are the following materials:

a) Teaching program

b) Instruction pack for attending online lectures

c) Lecturer’s notes

d) Lecturer’s Practice Questions

e) Two tests and one mock

f) Kaplan Exam Kit

Students can collect their teaching material from IntercollegeIBS, 31A Economu Cezarescu Street, sector 6, Bucharest.

7. TESTS

Students will have the opportunity to practice two full tests and one mock which will be sent electronically.

8. REGISTRATION

9. THE “LIVE-ON-LINE” SCHEME

Our Intention is to extend the scheme to cover all ACCA papers. For the December 2011 exams, papers F4 (INT), F5, F6 (ROM), F7, F8, F9, P1, P2 and P4 will be offered.
